Joe is passionate about real estate investing and  leveraging the eXp Realty business model to build wealth and help others do the same .

Joe has been investing in real estate since he was 20 years old.  Utilizing seller financing, house hacking, and the BRRRR strategy to build a rental portfolio.  Along with consistently rehabbing and flipping houses, successfully flipping over $5 million in real estate in a single year. 

Outside of work, Joe enjoys fishing, traveling, working out, playing cards, and listening to live music.
