Do I have to be at Pemberton to join?

No. Inner Cirql is open to agents at any brokerage. If you are considering joining Pemberton, the coaching program is included at no cost with your move. You do not have to switch brokerages to access the program.

What if I miss a live session?

Every session is recorded and uploaded to the community the same day. You will not fall behind. That said, live attendance is where the work happens. Show up.

Are Cirql and OpenDorz included in tuition?

Pay in Full, yes. Your first year of both Clara and DORZ is included. Cirql ($50/month) and OpenDorz ($30/month) start billing at month 13. On the payment plan, both tools bill separately from month one. Most members keep them running well after the cohort because the AI-powered team produces.

Is this a one-time fee or annual?

Tuition covers your first year. The 4-week intensive plus 12 months of alumni community, weekly group calls, and quarterly 1-on-1s. Year two renewal is available if you want to keep going.

When does the next coaching cohort start?

The next cohort starts with 2 spots remaining. Following that, with 6 spots available. Each cohort is capped at 10. Once it's full, it's full.
